Definition
mvindex() returns values in a multivalue column based on given range of index numbers. It takes three arguments: column reference, start number, and end number. The end number argument is optional.
Syntax
...| eval n=mvindex(<column-reference>, <start-number>, <end-number>
Indexing starts from zero, meaning the first item in the list has the index of 0. You can also use negative values with start and end arguments. For example, -1 will indicate to the last value in the list.
If only the start number is defined, mvindex() will return only the value matching to it. If there is no matches, the function returns NULL.
